Purchasing my cx5 Grand Touring Andre was my internet sales representative. We exchanged communications through email and text prior to my visiting the dealership. I have 2 young children and did not want to spend long hours sitting at the dealer. Andre assured me he would do everything possible to Expedite the process. True to his word, he did not try to yodel me on anything extra and did not stop movig throughout the process. When it was time for me to sit with the finance person,Peter, he too understood and worked diligently, yet professionally and enthusiastically, to complete the process and make sure all my questions were answered. These 2 men absolutely made my car-buying process as smooth, if not smoother than I could have imagined. More

Friendly staff, easy purchase! I used the USAA auto buying program to help me find my first new car. Tyler reached out to me via email and I made an appointment to check out the ve I used the USAA auto buying program to help me find my first new car. Tyler reached out to me via email and I made an appointment to check out the vehicles. Tyler had the two cars I was interested in ready for me when I showed up at the dealership and let me test drive both while he was finishing with another customer. As a young female buyer who brought a male companion along for support, it was really nice for Tyler to shake my hand first and discuss the car with me instead of only speaking to my male counterpart. Although this is a small gesture, it really stood out to me as he was the only car salesman who had done that during my car search! Tyler did not pressure me and allowed me to take my time with my decision. He offered a great price - better than any dealership around and made this experience very pleasant. Peter helped with the finances and explained the "extras" without being forceful. Overall, I am very happy with my new car and am thankful for these two gentlemen for their help! More

I wanted test drive the vehicle first so I visited the dealership and Brad helped me as Andre was busy with another customer. There was no pressure to buy and after some thought, I decided to bite the bullet to buy the car a week later. They were able to price match another dealership as they immediately understood the rebate the other dealership offered. Purchase was fast and easy and Peter walked me through all the financing paperwork. Great experience and would recommend going to this team! More

I e-mailed John Hine Mazda for an out-the-door quote and received one quickly from Tyler I used the Mazda website to locate the exact Mazda I wanted. I e-mailed John Hine Mazda for an out-the-door quote and received one quickly from Tyler Kalevitch, who also followed up with a phone call. I called him, made an appointment, and took a test drive. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I was out the door with my new vehicle in 2 1/2 hours. I bought a Touring Mazda CX-5 in the exact color I wanted and at a good price. Peter Rost in Finance was fun to work with and explained all of the optional services in a no-pressure manner. It was a pleasurable car-buying experience - a first!! More

Was able to negotiate price out the door on line before arriving, so when I got there, it was just verification Able to find car interested on line. Was able to negotiate price out the door on line before arriving, so when I got there, it was just verification that the car was as advertised, which it was. They didn't try to add on or inflate the price with add ons (mentioned that we could purchase alarm but no pressure that we had to-which I appreciated). I came per-approved but they met/exceeded my pre approved rate so I did finance through them since it was less hassle and no difference. Great team. Highly recommended. More
