Trust me, I've been to quite a few (even different brands) and experienced the same horrible treatment in all of them (is it because I'm a woman buying a car?). I almost gave up thinking: well, they're all the same, when I went to John Hine Mazda and met Tyler Kalevitch. He's the best sales person I've ever seen! Always very open, gave me as many pricing options as I asked, printed all the possibilities so I could go home and think about them, was very patient when I decided I wanted a different model, found exactly the car I wanted and had it brought to the store for me! I have no words to describe his willingness to help without ever pressuring me or giving me the sensation I was being tricked (as I had in ALL the dealers I visited before). After I signed the deal with the finance department, I came to the car to see he had made sure everything was ready for me - he had even adjusted the clock! He then showed me how to work with all the features in the car and I was ready to go happily home. Buying a new car is a wonderful experience and having the right person to make the deal with makes it complete. More
