Honestly, when we started we were planning to buy a different brand car, but Tyler's patient, helpful and low pressure approach allowed us to find the right car, and feel good about the whole car buying experience. He is very knowledgable about the entire Mazda lineup, was always quick to answer questions, and was a very fair negotiator. When we decided which car model, trim and color we wanted, he worked with us to get the exact car we wanted and kept us informed every step of the way. On the day we picked up our car, Tyler had prepared all of the paperwork in advance and informed up of the options we would have to consider, so the pickup was smooth and quick. We will need to replace another car sometime soon, and we will definitely give Tyler and John Hine Mazda another chance to win our business. More

Perfect buying experience Tyler was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He went out of his way to help me determine the right options for the car I was interested in Tyler was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He went out of his way to help me determine the right options for the car I was interested in, and even identified the exact car I was looking for as it was being shipped to his dealership. I visited 2 other Mazda dealerships and each time within 15 minutes I knew I'd be buying from Tyler & John Hine. Once the car arrived, I went in the next day and completed the purchase within an hour. I can't recommend these guys enough, you won't be disappointed! More

Excellent experience buying my first Mazda! I never considered owning a Mazda until one was provided to me as a loaner at the Jeep dealership. I fell in love with the Mazda 3 instantly. My cowor I never considered owning a Mazda until one was provided to me as a loaner at the Jeep dealership. I fell in love with the Mazda 3 instantly. My coworker purchased his from Tyler at John Hine and also had a great experience. Tyler went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for and rushed it to the dealership. They provided me a loaner vehicle, free of charge, after I sold my Jeep to allow time for the check to clear. When I came to pick it up, it was ready to go and I was in and out expeditiously. They were very competitive with pricing and extremely accommodating. I have already referred my coworker to them to purchase his CX5. I will definitely continue referring friends to Tyler at John Hine Mazda! More

Unexpectedly easy car buying experience I went into this dealership looking just browsing their used vehicles and Craig Milton immediately came by to help. Even though I had no idea what I I went into this dealership looking just browsing their used vehicles and Craig Milton immediately came by to help. Even though I had no idea what I was looking for, Craig was patient and answered all my questions. It never felt like the dreaded car shopping experience I was was expecting. He never made me feel pressured to buy something, which I really appreciate. On a followup visit to the dealership, I ended up working with Michael Watkins. Michael is a straight shooter and was just as easy to work with. He ended up getting me a great deal on a new MX-5, and we got through the whole process quickly. Michael even made sure to check up on everything a few days after the sale was done. Financing got a little more confusing, but I was happy with how everything turned out. Overall, this was a positive car buying experience, and I'll be sure to look here first when it comes time to shop for another car. More
