An Amazing "buy a car" Experiencece Ever!!! I would recommend to ANYONE to checkout John Hine Mazda before decisions are made when buying a car!! The JHMazda Team WOWed me!! From the start of my follow up call from Michael, he made me feel comfortable to come down to the dealership to check out my desired car, which was the BEST FIND in San Diego (A 2016 Mini Cooper)(Only 5,000 miles) I wish everyone could be as lucky as me!! The communications and follow through from Michael was quick with no delay, car fax and contact person for s future scheduled visit received QUICK!!. Never any pressure...I actually was over my FEAR OF THE START of negotiations. The Stellar Sales Guy Tyler was ready when I arrived, didn't waste any time, drove the car, spent twenty minutes, I knew it was the car for ME!!. Tyler agreed to keep in touch and Encouraged me to make an offer when I was ready. Tyler kept me informed of financial options, it was like he really wanted me to have the car, whatever we needed to do, whatever possible was explored, without giving up my end result was EVEN better than I expected. Thanks Tyler!! =] The Dealership business integrity was impressive, I never felt a self driven moment (from the dealership) Wow!! I couldn't believe this was REALLY HAPPENING!! I absolutely was appreciated even to driving off the car lot, I wish everyone could have this experience. The dealership staff is tenured, you feel the climate of "Team" all around you like a family. If your in the market to buy a car don't skip checking JHMazda, these guys (the dealership staff community) Very Experienced service agents are ready and won't give up meeting your quest and certainly won't let you down!!! I was able to order exactly what I wanted for a price that was very competitive. After receipt of the car the dealer options were explained and offered but without undue pressure to buy. First time at John Hine... Best car buying experience ever! We have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years... by far the purchase of the beautiful Soul Red Mazda CX-5 at John Hine has been the most pleasur We have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years... by far the purchase of the beautiful Soul Red Mazda CX-5 at John Hine has been the most pleasurable car buying experience. I attribute this to Vincenzo Luongo, our salesman. Enzo is honest, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel comfortable during the process. We will be retiring soon and taking to the road, so we were looking for a comfortable vehicle (SUV type) within our budget to replace our high mileage SUV. John Hine was our first stop to check out the Mazda CX-5... Enzo walked us through the trims and options, we drove the CX-5 and and left to continue our research... Ultimately, we decided that the Mazda CX-5 was the the vehicle for us and we returned to John Hine Mazda and Enzo to make the purchase. Ciao Enzo! More
