Came to the dealership for my first 5,000 miles service and done less time as promised!!! The problem was, as I was on the way home "low oil level" appears in the gage board as I'm forced to fight the traf and done less time as promised!!! The problem was, as I was on the way home "low oil level" appears in the gage board as I'm forced to fight the traffic in the freeway to get to a nearest safe spot to check the engine oil level. Checked it once, twice and three times but the dipstick won't show any presence of oil. In short, service dept. drained the oil out but forgot to refill. After a phone call or two Jade Adams my Mazda Advisor came to my rescue and fill out 5 quarts of oil to my car and provided me a loaner to get me home. My advisor called me the next day told me that my car oil level was not bone dry and still got 2 quarts left in the oil pan that won't show in the dipstick. They test drove and test drove it myself and it appears everything's normal. They said they fired the employee who works in my car and I cancelled my maintenance contract in Mazda. More
