I was clear about what I wanted and didn't want. I was heard I had some issues when the car wouldn't start the day after I drove away from the dealership. AAA found a loose connection to one of the contact po I had some issues when the car wouldn't start the day after I drove away from the dealership. AAA found a loose connection to one of the contact points on the battery. I took it in and Dyanna was extremely helpful... even loaned me a car for the day while technicians looked over the entire electrical system. I will work with Dyanna in the future for all service needs. More

Easy transaction, great car After buying an Audi a few months back and having a particularly rough time with that dealer, it was refreshing to work with Tyler and Steve who took After buying an Audi a few months back and having a particularly rough time with that dealer, it was refreshing to work with Tyler and Steve who took every step to ensure I was taken care of. I came in to test drive a CX5 and CX3 while comparison shopping across a few brands. I decided to go with the CX5 during the test drive and sell my Audi to Hine. They didn't have the exact color scheme I wanted but managed to find one nearby and I was driving it the next day. Tyler is full of integrity and everything he said was accurate. When the used car buyer tried to lower the offer for my trade in, he stepped in and sorted it out immediately. I highly recommend both John Hine and the CX5, and definitely work with Tyler if you get a shot! More

It was at a level where I felt comfortable paying. Even when I got to the dealership Tyler was not pushy and gave me time to rethink my purchase. At the end I drove off into the sunset with my Mazda Miata mx5 RF and is ecstatic. I was happy with his service, above all I was not pressured at all to make my decision.
