I was contacted after expressing interest and was able to set up an appointment through Tyler so that when I came in he knew what I was looking for. He had the perfect vehicles lined up for me and helped walk me through all of my options. They offered a great trade in value for my prior vehicle and I ended up leaving the dealership with the car I wanted the same day! Open for any questions, explained the cars history to us and was completely open and honest. He explained everything I needed to make the deal happen and worked to get me the best price for my trade in. I took a day to think about the purchase and sent him many, many text messages to ask questions. He answered all of them quickly, completely and professionally. No pressure, no irritation with questions. Seems genuinely happy to help. Did finance with Genevieve who explained each item I was signing for and was upbeat and positive. Took the time to explain options for warranties and was happy to do calculations in front of me. Overall a great experience! More
