I’ve got 3 of mine at Hine This is the third CX5 I have leased from John Hine. I can not say enough amazing things about this dealership and all of its employees. Couldn't have been easier! I first looked on the website to identify what cars were in stock and narrowed down my choices before going in. I worked with Joel, who answered my questions, helping me to choose my new car. There was no pressure, which I appreciated. He gave me all the time I needed and explained everything from the differences in the cars I was looking at, the financing, and what I could expect in meeting with the finance manager. When I finished the transaction, he took time to explain the electronics, the Mazda app, roadside assistance, lots of things I probably forgot... but I know when I go to use something, I will remember... Joel even paired my phone before I drove off. Great experience from start to finish! As old as I am, I've had more than my share of car salesmen, and this was by far my best experience. You know that feeling of desperation that exudes from most car salesmen? I didn't feel that at ALL. Joel was patient and knows Mazda vehicles inside out. I felt very comfortable asking questions. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He was truly present. He really just wanted me to be happy with my new car. What a great, refreshing experience! More

Every discussion I had with him was pleasant and helpful and he was able to quickly find the car with the options that I wanted. When I came to the dealership for a test drive, everything was ready and Tyler was happily answering any questions I had about the car. He guided me through the process very well, making it painless and more importantly pretty much stress free. Purchased and trade-in in about 4 hours I had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 I wanted to trade in and then purchase one of Hine's several Pre-owned Certified CX-5s they had in stock. I texted with Tyler I had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 I wanted to trade in and then purchase one of Hine's several Pre-owned Certified CX-5s they had in stock. I texted with Tyler over the course of a couple days, was upfront and let him know my situation and when I would be stopping by. Tyler was always responsive to my texts/questions. When I met him I immediately found him to be professional, and know a great deal about the CX-5s I was interested in. He took the time to let me test drive several until I decided upon the one I wanted to purchase. We made the deal happen with minimal "back and forth" on the trade-in of my vehicle and the price of the 2017 CX-5 I chose. More
