When I made an appointment to see some vehicles, either the 6 or the CX5, he was very prompt and cordial. He showed me both model. After my wife and i talked that evening we decided the 5 would serve us best. TJ walked me through purchase possibilities. The next day when i sent in I changed to leasing. No problem for TJ. He then explained lease possibilities and we quickly worked it out. My first vehicle purchase about 46 years ago was a Pontiac, followed by a small Mazda and 11 years ago on my CX9 Grand Touring. The experience with TJ was the best I have had there. More
