Lazy service technician I have to share my rotten experience with John Hine Mazda I have been a customer for many many years bought many cars from them and only service t I have to share my rotten experience with John Hine Mazda I have been a customer for many many years bought many cars from them and only service them at John Hine, my reason for posting such a negative review you will see and my reason for not recommending you will see, my Mazda 3 came in for 30,000 mile service one would expect it to me a major and simple things like filters, tire rotations to be done, instead none of these were done they did give me beautiful pictures showing me they need to be replaced, like REALLY!!!!, so now I have to go to another dealership to rotate the tires replace all the filters, now granted they did not charge me for the oil change because they were so late on the service even although I did make an appointment sometime back, and I did leave a message for the Service Manager to call me which he did not, this tells the John Hine Mazda I know and remember is going south and just number and you are not getting that personal experience and touch that they advertise. If you are reading this, I would highly recommend going to another dealership to service your car, you are not in good hands at all but rather a number and "maybe" your car will be serviced or "maybe and most probably NOT" More

Tyler provided excellent customer service, and provided comparison among the 3 three cars I was looking at on price and features etc. He answered the questions I had. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Steven in the Finance Department also explained every document I was signing and options to add to my lease. I am very satisfied with lease and excited to enjoy and drive my Mazda3 for the next 3 years with all of its features. I felt other places would have ignored my requests but instead Vanessa made sure I was happy and got me what I thought I deserved. I bought my car here two years ago and have d I can not speak highly enough about this dealership and in particular Vanessa in the service department. I bought my car here two years ago and have done all my servicing since. While all of the service team are very nice I really really like to work with Vanessa when I bring my car in. She is always super sweet, thorough, professional, and goes above and beyond. She always makes things quick and easy. It always seems like she is able to add a little something to make me and my car feel special. Last time I was in she noticed a light scratch on the car, she sent it to get buffed and now it is completely gone with no additional charge. In addition, and this is a big one for me, she is great at communicating what is going on with the car while it’s there and when it’s done. So, next time they ask you if you have a preferred specialist for your service say Vanessa I promise she’ll make it a great experience for you! More

We've leased two vehicles, and just recently decided to buy a new 2020 CX-5 with Tyler's help since we like the vehicle/model so much. In the past, trying to trade in or buy cars was a dreaded experience and Tyler really created a fun, up-front and enjoyable experience for me, especially as a female who often goes at it without the husband because of our schedules. I'm SO happy with my new purchase. Fair prices, unmatched service and support, and he really went the extra mile to ensure I got everything I wanted from color and interior to technology and function/features. You can shop around, but you'll end up coming back to John Hine for these reasons. More
