6 months ago a bought a 2015 transit connect Titanium with 35,000 miles. Under the agreement I needed an extended warranty due to the miles I drive, it cost $1800. The next day the AC stopped cooling and with 35,000 miles. Under the agreement I needed an extended warranty due to the miles I drive, it cost $1800. The next day the AC stopped cooling and the sun visors started to sag. I took it into my salesman who said he would take care of it. Got it back the next day. AC was cooling for about two weeks. Took it by again but they couldn't get to it. AC would work sometimes sometimes not work. Next week the motor mount shock started Spilling out fluid. Once again I had to take it back in they were very adamant about fixing at this time almost like I was doing this on purpose. I also told them to not call me to come pick it up until the AC was also fixed as well. 2 days later they call me to come pick it up. guess what still not working correctly yes the AC And now they tell me that the warranty does not cover that because it's a wiring issue along with the rear camera that no longer works because of a wiring issue. This is my 3rd vehicle purchasing from this dealership and probably the worst at a 20 new vehicles that I have purchased I will never purchase from here again and I suggest no one else service or purchase from this dealership. More
