The dealership made this purchase as easy as possible. I was coming from out-of-town and had time constraints that they navigated with ease and got me in and out quickly with no surprises. Nick Cortes and Ricardo Garza were amazing to work with and were exceptional at their jobs. I appreciate them!

I had a great experience working with EJ at Mac Haik! - catinawhite

I had a great experience working with EJ at Mac Haik! From beginning to end, EJ was kind, transparent, and genuinely made me feel like he had my best interests in mind. He advocated for me throughout the entire process, answered my questions honestly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step before moving forward. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or rushed. Buying a car can be stressful, but EJ made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for EJ at Mac Haik. I would absolutely work with him again!

This is going to be my third time going to this service - VEN

This is going to be my third time going to this service department. I can’t say it’s the worst nor the best. This company can get better and I know they do read these post. When customer write a good or bad post. They do get rated and sometimes it’s hard to judge the advisor because they can’t control when you can get your car back. The only thing we can do is trust the service company. I had my fair share of the worst issues with this company the lies the verbal abuse the disrespect I can go on and on. The first person you see is the service advisor those are the ones you rely on when you car is in the shop. So far for me two out of the three really didn’t care about their customers. The second knew about my situation from earlier and communicated with me until the end. When you feel you’re getting nowhere with your advisor you can call customer relations or talk to the next person above them. Well I stated my facts for what Bret S. said to me who was my service advisor. I have the facts what he said and when I tried to talk to the assistant service manager Chris B he just ignored me. At the end of the day I got my vehicle back but it took almost three months. They did provide a rental for the time I didn’t have the vehicle and I didn’t have to pay for that nor pay for the service done for the my car. It took the service manage Dave E. to fix all the issues I had to deal with and he did apologize for the experience I had with there service department. If you’re asking yourself why go to a place where you’re disrespected. I purchased the ESP warranty when I got the vehicle and it save me a lot of money. Unfortunately when I bought this car I didn’t know the amount of known issues it had and the recalls. Dave I appreciate you honesty compassion for customer service especailly going above and beyond to help me and I do apologize that some of your staff members act like they don’t care and I’m sure after reading this some adjustments can be made or better educated on customer service.

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta - Walter & Katherine

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! Walter & Katherine * Andrea had taken care of our daughter for us on a previous purchase and introduced us to Megan. Thank you Andrea!!
