Brought in my F250 for the death wobble issue and was told that Ford Extended Warranty covers part of the cost but to help fix it properly they would need to perform a front end alignment which was not c told that Ford Extended Warranty covers part of the cost but to help fix it properly they would need to perform a front end alignment which was not covered by warranty. It did not seem fair that I should be charged for this service when the root cause of the issue is a known design issue. They did fix it the same day but might have worked too fast because no other items were looked at on my truck such as oil life. The replace oil warning came on only 50 miles after I left the dealership. Would have been nice if that got taken care of when the truck was already in for service. More

I noticed a screw in my tire prior to leaving for Dallas and call Robert Blakey and told him I was coming in for the tire to be checked. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Always take care of whatever I need for my Explorer without a problem. Excited to finally get my new Ranger, but sad to say goodbye to my 1996 Ranger. Eric and Fred at Helfman Ford were super and helped me through the order process, since nobody had the exact combination goodbye to my 1996 Ranger. 6 months ago a bought a 2015 transit connect Titanium with 35,000 miles. Under the agreement I needed an extended warranty due to the miles I drive, it cost $1800. The next day the AC stopped cooling and with 35,000 miles. Under the agreement I needed an extended warranty due to the miles I drive, it cost $1800. The next day the AC stopped cooling and the sun visors started to sag. I took it into my salesman who said he would take care of it. Got it back the next day. AC was cooling for about two weeks. Took it by again but they couldn't get to it. AC would work sometimes sometimes not work. Next week the motor mount shock started Spilling out fluid. Once again I had to take it back in they were very adamant about fixing at this time almost like I was doing this on purpose. I also told them to not call me to come pick it up until the AC was also fixed as well. 2 days later they call me to come pick it up. guess what still not working correctly yes the AC And now they tell me that the warranty does not cover that because it's a wiring issue along with the rear camera that no longer works because of a wiring issue. This is my 3rd vehicle purchasing from this dealership and probably the worst at a 20 new vehicles that I have purchased I will never purchase from here again and I suggest no one else service or purchase from this dealership. More
