Was promised F-150 Lightning $10,000 over MSRP. Drove all the way out and agreed to a $1000 deposit, then a $5000 deposit only to have the manager demand $20,000 over MSRP. Come on Ford! Last oil change. .. I mentioned I may have a oil leak. Please check it out. I was told "we're three weeks out" for that service. Just took in F-150 for yet another .. I mentioned I may have a oil leak. Please check it out. I was told "we're three weeks out" for that service. Just took in F-150 for yet another oil change. I said again, I have a oil leak under the hood. They wrote it down and said they would check it out. The service department called my office 2 hours later saying truck was ready to pick up. I picked up the truck and looked at their check up form. 1. engine oil filter needs to be replaced. 2. Front wipers need replaced. 3. "Cabin air filter of cabin ?" 4. "There's an oil leak, top engine". Again the check up form clearly states "check for leaks under hood" I would like to congratulate Helfman Ford for pointing out what's wrong with my vehicle. Perhaps times have changed, but in the past I would always get a phone call from a service advisor telling me what's wrong with the vehicle and if they should fix or replace. Now I know a new air filter is not included in a oil change, but why would they not call and get approval to replace? Windshield wipers and air filter are kind of important things that are normally handled during oil changes. Now I have a oil change (assuming they lubbed the chasis) but I have to either go fix the other two things on my own or take it back to them. Like I said - maybe times have changed but has the job role of a "SERVICE ADVISOR" changed ? I think not. When I asked about the oil leak, I was told they have to put a die in the oil to find where the leak is and they're 2-3 days out on that service. I asked if I could make an appointment - NO - those services are first come first serve. WOW! Looking for a dealer service department that actually offers SERVICE. Sorry when I take my vehicle to a mechanic and mention that I have things that need to be fixed, I don't expect to get a invoice along with a list of those same things that need to be fixed. Lastly, tires were all noted to be 35 psi. According to the on board computer the tires are all 36-38 psi. (did they even check them?) According to the "multi point inspection sheet" they never checked TPMS sensors, valves or caps. The form also suggests that nobody checked the fuel filter. Nobody ever asked if I wanted a tire rotation. Helfman used to be a premier dealership in Houston/Sugar Land/Stafford area. Now it's like rolling dice on a craps table. Last 3 visits to this dealership have been very disappointing. I will report back when I find a new dealership that is 4 star or better. More

Found my salesman, Ryan Tijerina to be most helpful and reasonable in finding me a new truck to my specifications. They gave me a fair trade in value for my 6 year old F-150. I didn’t have to go through reasonable in finding me a new truck to my specifications. They gave me a fair trade in value for my 6 year old F-150. I didn’t have to go through hours of quibbling about price, we got to our agreed terms in a very reasonable time. Other members of the staff were immediately available for payment and paperwork. Ryan delivered the vehicle and spent time introducing me to new features with the current model. More
