I am redoing this survey again. It took 10 mins to check me in after I had talked to the scheduling person the day before. Then I was questioned about the tires I bought at Costco. It sounded like they were not going to rotate them. Then when I went to pay for the service I was told about suggested repairs. The first was a leak on the timing cover. HELLO …. I had to ask about the warranty and then she didn’t know. She asked the guy next to her who said yes, then told me she would need to ask her boss. Who said yes. This should have been known or researched prior before talking to me. Why was it my job to even bring this up, this is a $4,000.00 repair. If anything that high of a cost needs to be done and come out of my pocket it will be at a dealership that is not in Milwaukee because of taxes. More
