Service was great. The people I spoke with were professional. BUT I only drove a block when I noticed the passenger back tire was not secure. Never tightened them. My tire almost flew off my SUV with my one year old daughter strapped in the back seat. Could have turned out very bad if I didn’t pull over and call them to fix it. They did send someone out to secure the lug nuts and tire and were very apologetic. Still a stupid mistake on the Techs part! More

I had some rattles in the back of the van, at Chris help me figure out what the noise is were and whether they were anything to worry about. Turns out the hitch was rattling in the receiver. I had gone in for an oil change and it was discovered there were some non-toyota parts that were not fitting quite right and allowing oil to seep out of the engine onto the ground beneath. Seems like it's fixed now. More
