Tire rotation I had scheduled a service appointment for 1400. I arrived ten minutes early and went to the service desk. My car was brought in for a tire rotation an I had scheduled a service appointment for 1400. I arrived ten minutes early and went to the service desk. My car was brought in for a tire rotation and inspection. I was told it would take an hour, possibly less. After an hour and 20 minutes I asked what was going on. They said it would be another 15-20 minutes. My car was finally finished at 1545, an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. It was disappointing it would take so long for such a simple service. Everything else was fine, such a long wait for a scheduled appointment was too much. More

Bad service experience I brought mr Highlander in for a scheduled service appointment for a leak found during a routune service. Dropped off vehicle on Monday. I had to call every day asking the status. I finally picked it up on Friday after being told it was done. I was not able to talk with anyone regarding the work was done. Just got the key from the cashier. Upon returning home I noticed large puddles under my vehicle. Never had any noticeable leaks before service visit. Overall very bad experience and left me with no trust in this dealership. More

The shuttle drivers were both very polite and the service associate who ended up getting my information in the system and checking me out at the end of the day was polite and quick. However, there was a gentleman at the service center when I first arrived that was acting very erratic and was complaining about how many cars they got in that morning and that they were short staffed and basically talking in a way that was stressing out myself and the customer ahead of me. We both asked him to take a deep breath and to calm down - that neither of us was in a hurry - but it didn't make things any better. More
