I completely forgot about my appointment after my flight was delayed the night before and didn't get home till 4:30am until Chue called me to see if I still want to go in. I took my car there and he was able to put me back on schedule. After 2.5 hours the car was ready got pick up. I'm happy with the service and will definitely recommend Heiser to friends and families. Long service time Service was great but it took 90 minutes to have oil change and tire rotation done, when i was told it should be 45 to 60 minutes top.
