Kind of pricey $500 for an oil change, ignition coil and spark plugs was hard to swallow. My regular mechanic does the diagnosis at no charge. poor customer service the first time there with my 2019 Camry. the rear window does not completely defrost. when I get to the service counter I JUST WAIT. they evidently the first time there with my 2019 Camry. the rear window does not completely defrost. when I get to the service counter I JUST WAIT. they evidently do not have a person who is assigned to the main counter because the only people I saw were walking around (doing what ever they do) no one acknowledges that I am there. no one says "hi" or "i'll be right there" (no manners)!!!!! when I finally saw some one I was told that the car would have to be left there so that they can see what happens when the windows are frosted and then use the defrosted. that is was the way it would have to be done so that they can see for themselves what happens. they did not have a car to loan me, so I made another appointment to come back. when I brought my car back in I HAD TO WAIT AGAIN TO TALK TO SOMEONE. (NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING WHEN I GET TO THE DESK.) I EXPLAIN AGAIN WHY I BOUGHT IN THE CAR. I WAS GIVEN A CAR.. the very next day they called me and told me that there was nothing wrong with the defrost and I should come and pick up my care. now please tell me why one person says that the only way they can test the car is for there to be frost on the windows and another person tell me (even though there isn't any frost to test with) that the defrost is just fine. what is also stupid is that they do not have cards to give you with a place for them to write down the appointment date/time More
