Very poor service from the mechanics. I made an appt. Was checked in for an oil change and tire rotation. Josh the service agent kept me up to date about my car. However, it was out of hi I made an appt. Was checked in for an oil change and tire rotation. Josh the service agent kept me up to date about my car. However, it was out of his control on how long it took the mechanics to do the work. I waited 3 hrs and then had to go back the next day as well because they did not have the right tire to replace. Very painful experience. More
