We have used the valet service many times and every time they are a no show to pick up the vehicle. I have to call them and then they showed up 2 hours after the appointment to pick it up. It’s frustrating they are a no show to pick up the vehicle. I have to call them and then they showed up 2 hours after the appointment to pick it up. It’s frustrating because I plan my day around this. We continue to come there because we like the convenience of the valet service but when they aren’t on time it’s defeats the purpose. More
