The only reason I do not give a 5 star is the poor communication of the scheduler with the service center. I made an appointment a week early and explained what I needed done and the scheduler assured communication of the scheduler with the service center. I made an appointment a week early and explained what I needed done and the scheduler assured me multiple times that I did not need to speak with the service center. I tried calling the day before to confirm what I was getting done and the phone kept on ringing when I tried twice. When I got to my appointment the service center was not prepared for my new windshield and this resulted in not getting my car done that day. Matt the service center representative was very apologetic and helpful but the inconvience of a rental car and the whole thing was very stressful . The main desk scheduler should not be allowed to make service center appointments and the service center should follow up and read what is coming in the next day so they can be prepared. Plus my windshield was replaced and there are shards of glass all on the dash and my husband tried calling a manager 2 days ago . They didn’t clean up. If i didn’t have a warranty and multiple vehicles with Toyota I wouldn’t have gone. Again this doesn’t reflect on Matt but the service center and scheduler is the problem and now I need to rethink any future services with heiser. More
