Heiser Toyota - Service Center

Usually Heiser Toyota is one of the better toyota service centers in the milwaukee area but this time I would rate a 1 star. I had new brakes and rotors installed on my tundra on a Saturday and while driving centers in the milwaukee area but this time I would rate a 1 star. I had new brakes and rotors installed on my tundra on a Saturday and while driving on Monday there was noticeable wobble and noise coming from the front wheel. I was scared it would come flying off on the highway. I had to bring it back to Toyota Monday afternoon and they said the person did not tighten all the bolts. Paid over $1k dollars to not do the job correctly the first time and put me in danger. More

We had a few questions about the body work that was done to our car. When we came to the dealership to buy the car, we were told it was in the body shop. Peter was very understanding and said he would look into it for us. I was very impressed that he said he would look into it for us. We are hoping to have some resolution soon. More
