I basically went there for an oil change and told them i needed a ride and they said ok and when I went there they had no one available for a ride.I also had a slow tire leak and I need my rear view side m needed a ride and they said ok and when I went there they had no one available for a ride.I also had a slow tire leak and I need my rear view side mirror replaced . Well the oil change went fine but they said nothing was wrong with my tire and and filled it up. I told them something is wrong because I constantly fill it and refill the tire. And then from the day I bought my car , it came with a cracked side view mirror and my salesman Darren said just bring it back and they will replace it free of charge. I called a few times and they said they’re in the process of ordering it, which prolonged things for a couple months. Then I go to Toyota in person and not 1 person had any recollection of the deal to get the mirror replaced. I even say Darren in the hallway and he said he doesn’t remember saying that. I feel like I was stabbed in the back I spoked with Darren and the financial manager about the mirror. I’m not satisfied. More
