Friendly, professional, and quick service when you come in with an appointment. Coffee is fair (good for a cup-at-a-time machine), and soda and water are also available. We hate buying a new car, so we only do this when our other car has died. Our first choice was a Honda, but I had heard about the nice ride of the Camry, so I wanted to test drive it. Even though we were skeptical about a Toyota after all the recall publicity. I went to a Honda Dealer first and drove the Honda Accord. Then I went to Heiser Toyota and drove the Camry. It was a much more smooth and comfortable ride than the Honda. It felt like a luxury ride. I was very impressed. So I brought my husband to see it (who could care less about cars) and after spending time with Pat Pomeranz and discussing the Toyota experience we trusted him and the changes he said Toyota has made since the recall and decided to buy the car. A week later we left on a trip of 1,700 miles, for our daughters basketball team. Well my husband hates to drive (as I mentioned) and has always driven a Honda when he has to drive. But it was dead and we needed a car for the trip. So off we went on our 2 weeks of travel and he spent the whole trip loving the car, the ride, the gas mileage and the sirius radio, I drove only 2 1/2 hrs., he was happy to do the rest! It was the most he has driven since he was in his 20's and he's 60 now. His choice of transportation is a bicycle, I'm not kidding. He still loves his bike. But our new car is his next best friend. I drive the car everyday and am so happy with the choice we made. So "Thank You" Pat for the awesome experience of buying a car from you! We really felt comfortable with your dealership and everyone who helped us and especially you! We will be back when anyone in our family needs a new car! I felt I could ask any questions and Bill could answer them or find the answer. He really is very kind and great to work with. I rated the quality of work at a four rather than a five because there was something not quite right with the tire when the car was first taken out to test drive (maybe just tar or something stuck to the tire, but it was strange) and then also I hoped the dealership sticker wouldn't be put on the car, but I forgot to mention that. But those are very very small things. We had done our research on pricing, and I felt that the price they told us was appropriate. Overall, great experience! I would definitely recommend Heiser Toyota and feel comfortable calling with any questions or bringing my car in for service. Again, I can't say enough good about the kindness of Bill and the others we worked with. Thank you for your service! More
We are enjoying our 2008 Toyota Sienna van. Using the Edmunds.com pricing was important to me and I was determined not to pay retail. I unexpectedly had to look for a car last week and was dreading it as my experience going to car dealerships is usually a grueling one of having to fight off salesmen who really didn't care what I wanted, dreading it as my experience going to car dealerships is usually a grueling one of having to fight off salesmen who really didn't care what I wanted, only what they wanted to sell. James Mallak was the salesman that came out when I was looking in their lot. He was very friendly and not at all aggressive. What stood out to me was that he right away wanted to know what criteria I was looking for in a car and only showed me cars in my range. He did not try and sell me something I couldn't afford or wasn't interested in. They were able to offer me a very reasonable deal on the car I was interested in and a couple of days later, after researching to find they had the best offer by far, I ended up driving that car home. My experience with Heiser Toyota has no longer made me dread the whole experience of looking for a car. More
Worked over the internet with Scott June ... I had also shopped at Wilde Toyota online and although they gave me a slightly better price Scott was less pushy and more willing to explain things to me.
