I was very happy with the whole Heiser package. I found a car I was intersted on-line and I sent an inquiry. I rec'd a phone call back immediately with info. I financed a used car. First time going through an actual dealership and had the worst experience. Within 4 days of having the vehicle my check engine light came on. That is rediculouse. I was impressed that Cory saw my service experience from beginning to end and stayed engaged the entire time. I went in for a simple oil change and requested extra service.
