I believe the Toyota Rav 4 I just purchased was my third vehicle purchased through Mr Hicks. On this occasion I also dealt with Mr Shahat Mohamed who gave me more than a basic run down of my new vehicles features and operating system, he was absolutely amazing patient and very thorough, both gentlemen are total assets to Heiser Toyota, very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I personally cannot imagine dealing with anyone else. 5 stars everyday all day, thank you!!! More
