Several other dealerships seemed to get turned off when they figured out I was shopping around for the best deal - Heiser didn’t seem to hold it against me. Even when we got hung up on my trade-in, they kept their word and agreed to my asking price; all while never turning the conversation negative. I’m sure a lot of shoppers say they’re “serious buyers” when in reality they’re just kicking the tires, but Heiser always treated me as if they believed I truly would be buying a new van in a matter of days (which eventually turned out to be true, obviously). That benefit of the doubt was actually pretty rare in my search, and ultimately is a main reason why I gave Heiser every opportunity to be my best price, as they eventually were. Thanks! Sometimes the “kill them with kindness” technique can come across a little fake, but Roger seemed very sincere and is an all-around great sales consultant and nice guy. More
