He really helped us a lot and I would recommend to all my friends this place and James as a sales person. An excellent experience . The people make all the difference I purchased a Sienna . From the first visit I was treated kindly and honestly. All the Toyota people realized what a big deal this was for me and made this easy. The Sienna is highly recommended by me as is this dealership! Roger went thru all the details of the van and even set up my phone Bluetooth for me ! The dealership was clean and offered snacks and drinks while I waited for my trade in to be looked at. It was a rainy day and they made sure my new vehicle was close to the door so I could take a test drive. ( thank you for that) More

Easy purchase of used Toyota I found the vehicle I was interested in on the AAA website. I called the dealer they were able to make an appointment with in an hour. Salesman Chris I found the vehicle I was interested in on the AAA website. I called the dealer they were able to make an appointment with in an hour. Salesman Chris Hintze, was available within minutes to help us, we explained we were on a tight time frame, he accommodated us by setting up a test drive immediately. We gave him our budget for the car, he went directly to his manager and they were able to almost meet it. We agreed to purchase the vehicle pending approval by my mechanic. Heiser allowed us to have it looked that afternoon, my mechanic gave the green light, a few hours later we were back at Heiser doing the paperwork. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. Additional services were offered by Gerald, the sales manager, which when we declined did not pressure us. On the whole it was a smooth easy transaction, and we love the car. More
Purchased a New Vehicle My husband went into the dealership while I was working and found the vehicle he wanted. My husband "held' the vehicle so I could come back the next My husband went into the dealership while I was working and found the vehicle he wanted. My husband "held' the vehicle so I could come back the next day with him to apply for the financing as well and be a part of the process. I followed up with the salesman after his visit to ask how I would be able to go about being on the financing of the vehicle since I pay the bills and normally am the one who communicates, if need be with the financing company. I also wanted to be on the financing as well to help improve my credit score. I emailed my information over the next morning, per his instructions and he followed up via email throughout the day answering my questions. Now I realize the salesman isn't privy to personal credit information, but I asked a few times " Are WE approved and all set?!" He said yes, all you have to do is come in tonight and you'll be able to take delivery of the vehicle. Once we arrived we were informed that I was NOT on the loan or title to the vehicle since putting me on would've increased our payment. I was upset, since I made it clear that it was important to us that I be on the financing. So I didn't NEED to be there afterall and my husband could've either finished the deal when he was there that night or come back by himself. I feel that the communication should've have been initiated by Finance to myself or husband to let us know our options, instead of "assuming" and then getting all the way there and telling us that it could be changed, but we'd have to wait. I understand that finance likes to get you the lowest payment, but felt that finance should've at least giving us the option prior to by communicating with us prior to delivery and not having expectations for what was asked and having it dropped on you at delivery, which is supposed to be a happy and exciting time. The salesman also gave us a payment number when my husband was there and said it could range, but would be towards the lower number, which was our top off for a new payment, the payment ended up being around $50 more than that, which again is a big deal and was never communicated to us as well prior to delivery. I've dealt with other dealerships that have communicated every step of the way, especially if things were not as your expressed instructions and wishes and feel this is an opportunity for this dealership. I feel like they just "assumed" a lot of things to make this sale happen vs. our instructions and wishes. Not a happy delivery at all. More
