When I went to Heiser Toyota I met Craig Strzyzewski. Craig really knew the Highlander and guided me through the process. When I picked up our new Highlander last Saturday, Craig made sure I knew all about the functionality of the dash features and all the other neat stuff. He was a pleasure to work with.
