I could tell she knew her stuff as she explained different things about the cars and answered my many questions. She even brought some cars inside for my wife and I to take a look at. We purchased a new Highlander and our experience has been great. Before we took delivery Mary spent an hour and a half showing us different things on the car that we might be unfamiliar with. She has also helped me with some questions I had after the sale. More

After I took a look around the lot and found the car I wanted, Mary kindly brought it out. During the drive, she was informative on the car. After I decided on that vehicle, we began the paperwork. Mary did not seem thrilled, nor was she patient with me. When I wanted to negotiate the price, she was not understanding at all! At this point, I considered leaving empty handed. It may have been my later arrival, but there is no appropriate excuse to be impatient or pushy. I understand she probably wanted to be home, but so did I. It was not the best experience for a first time new car purchase. More

We dealt with Rex Holtz and Andrew Mamayek throughout the process. Our 2017 Highlander LTD. was an order out. The vehicle arrived in approximately 4 weeks. We were kept informed of the progress via e-mail on a regular basis. We were warmly received when picking up the vehicle. Rex and Andrew had the car we were giving to our daughter washed and spray waxed for no additional charge. Andrew went through all the various components and systems to familiarize us with the operation. He was available to answer questions after the sale, such as how to program the Homelink garage door opener. I used to say if you bought a car, somehow you were taken advantage of. This experience with Heiser changed my mind. Would buy/recommend to others. More
