They beat out other quotes, and had the vehicle we wanted in stock (other dealers could have gotten it for us, but was not on their lots). Becky was friendly and knowlegeable. No high pressure for the extras offered as we were going through the financing aspect. Overall, a very good experience with the sales aspect. More

This was the first car that we have bought in a long time, so were really dreading the process, but we found a car that we were interested in via the USAA website and then called Heiser about it. Roger was super helpful, efficient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Although they were busy that day (it was a Saturday), they communicated with us clearly in regards to timing and we were in and out in about 4 hours, which was great. Overall, I expected this to be a painful day, so was very happy with our experiences at Heiser Toyota and would recommend them to others. More
