I am in the media business and have access to all dealers. I reduced my search to 2 dealers one being Heiser. I ultimately selected Heiser based on the treatment I recieved during my inquiry and the dealers. I reduced my search to 2 dealers one being Heiser. Their willingness to help me find the vehicle I wanted at a payment I could afford was KEY!! And the key to that sentence is "payment I could afford." I think Todd was very instrumental in that process and James was very kind and knowledgeable about the Rav4 which is what I was looking for. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Heiser. This is my first new car in 10 years. I previously owned a Honda bought new and pretty much drove it to the 227,000 miles I traded it in with. I am very particular and the way I am treated means more to me than most other items. The service from my first phone call to the purchase was always pleasant and accommodating to me - the customer. thanks...James and his team. More

I had done a lot of internet research before I went in to buy a car. The first dealer I went to, the closest to my home and whose service department I use, lost a sale when the very young salesman I had sim buy a car. The manager was involved also, and there was not even one follow up call. Heiser, on the other hand, was just the right blend of persistence and interest without being pushy or intimidating. All my contacts with them were utterly professional, and Brian was great to deal with. I think they did very well on the new car price and fairly well on my trade in. Brian spent a great deal of time and effort, and I felt was very honest. My only problem was in trying to find the store, as the yellow pages and my GPS had it located at their old site, and the new one is virtually impossible to get to until you have been there (I hope). Please give them a chance, and I don't think they will disappoint!! More
My husband talked me into going to the sale at Miller Park, and I was tired and not really ready to trade in my old car. But I went. By the time we got to Miller, the Prius was sold, but we already had established a relationship and a rapport with Brian. That was really nice. Brian was friendly and down to earth. Not at all high-pressure, which doesn't get very far with me at all. I would definitely buy from him again, and I would also recommend friends and family to him. Great guy, great salesperson, looking forward to a lasting relationship. Glad to have met him. The only two things I did not like, and these have nothing to do with Brian: 1) the guy who did our financing was fairly aggressive. He said he couldn't put my first initial and middle on the computer, that it wouldn't accept it, which I find ridiculous in this day and age. Plenty of people have been going by first initials/middle names, and for eons; it would seem to me that by now technology would accommodate this. I regret that I didn't push the financing guy to put my name the way I wanted it. As a result, Heiser keeps calling me by my first name, which I've haven't used in 20 years, and which is also not the name on my driver's license. Also, he was pretty insistent that we buy one of your warranty-plus packages, which we bought in the end and got a good deal on, but it was like arm wrestling; 2) one of the sales managers told us that he had just driven the car we bought in from Oklahoma (I believe) and it was pretty filthy inside. We did get a We Owe for detailing, which will be taken care of on July 12. But it kind of grossed me out to drive the car away sitting on someone else's food crumbs and stains. All the other cars we looked at on the lot were pristine inside. Why not this one? All in all, though, Brian was great. I guess overall the jury's still out on Heiser, for me. We'll have to see how the service department is. Something like that would tip the scales. That, and your calling me Robin and not Cynthia. More

I appreciated the no hassle attittude, and our salesperson (Dean) was very accommodating. We knew pretty much exactly what we wanted going in and I think they realized that. The only minor issue was the number of trips to the dealership and slight miscommunication about the specific vehicle we needed. It was worth it though to get the car we wanted and at pretty close to the price I was shooting for. More
