I thought the facility was great and top notch. The people were very friendly, from my sales person to the finance person to the manager. I bought my 2001 Toyota Camry from this dealer because they were willing to deal. I found the same thing this time around. Other dealerships didn't seem to want to deal for a sales. I would have bought the extended maintenance package but to ask someone who has just bought a car and put out that kind of money to pay another $500 is asking a lot. If I could have waited four months I might have had the money to make the purchase. I paid cash for the car so at the time of purchase I didn't have an extra $500.00. I would hope in the future this will be changed. More

The employess and staff at Heiser Toyota are very eager to accomodate. They are considerate and hard working. When I purchased my new car I was there from 10:30 to 1:30 pm and pregnant and hungry. James went out of his way to make popcorn for me so I could have a snack while waiting for the paperwork to be completed. I have found in this most recent experience and in the past, time waiting to purchase new vehicle and for service on my previous car have been lengthy. An oil change has taken at least 1 hour with an appointment made, not walk in. Walk in times have been between 2-3 hours wait. More
I went to Heiser with the intention of getting more information on the 2010 Toyota Camry I ended up purchasing. Once he handed me off to the financial guys, it was a very easy process. They even got me a better rate than my credit union offered! I would look to go back to Heiser if I were to purchase another car in the future, but I have to be honest, if another dealership in the Milwaukee/Madison area had the same price for the same car, I wouldn't have a problem going to them. The price is what influnenced me to go to Heiser in the first place, but I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and it made for a very nice experience. More
From the begginning, Dean was friendly and show interest in helping you to buy a car. He ddidn't hesitate to allow me to drive the 3 cars I was almost interested, namely, camry 2011, avalon 2011 and venza 2 in helping you to buy a car. He ddidn't hesitate to allow me to drive the 3 cars I was almost interested, namely, camry 2011, avalon 2011 and venza 2010. He was very patient to go back and forth with different prices to suit my price range. At the end he helped me buy the new venza. My wife had a very bad experience with another dealer. She bought a camry 2011 and she is dissatisfied with the car she bought: At the beginning she expected to have smart key start, heated seats and remote starter. When she picked up the camry XLE car after two days with the promise of installing the remort starter, they couldn't install the remote starter, it didn't have heated seats and smart key. I went to the dealer to see if was posible a trade in. I had to pay another $3,500 to get the camry with the smart key and heated seats. As you can see, you did a wonderful job. In the future, I'll come back to your place. The Venza is now her car and she likes it very much. I however, am still thinking of the avalon Dean helped me drive it_posible trade the camry 2011 with the avalon 2011.It will probably cost me alot more. How much more?
