Service Representative Ms. Baker was outstanding. She is friendly, competent, and energetic (in the best since of the word). She pointed out a nail in one of my tires that I was totally unaware (of). The entire buying experience was quick and painless. I had already done some pricing research and the initial discount offered from list price was fair and equatable. The offer on the trade was also fair. My experiences had been very pleasant at your dealership. I had scheduled the 15000 maintenance and thought it was about $50. (I did this on line.) When I got there I realized the cost was more than I had scheduled the 15000 maintenance and thought it was about $50. (I did this on line.) When I got there I realized the cost was more than that and had to cancel that part (our cat needed thyroid surgery and that is where we spent out money). I apologized profusely for just getting an oil change, saying I would get the maintenance package the next time I got an oil change. The assistant was very gracious and helpful. He did not make me feel bad about canceling. Also, I was getting my tires rotated BUT the wear did not warrant a change now, so that was not done. I appreciated the honesty of your staff. More
I spoke to Roger over the phone about a 2007 infiniti g35x that they had for sale. he explained to me that the car is in perfect condition other then a couple of scratches and rock chips on the car. so i g35x that they had for sale. he explained to me that the car is in perfect condition other then a couple of scratches and rock chips on the car. so i flew out there with my father from New Jersey and came to look at car. was told the car is in immaculate condition. well i was told wrong. the quater panel by the passenger rear door had paint work done that was visible and can be felt. was not told about this. was really upset and they said that they can take off $200 off the price of car. i explained that it would cost alot more then that to fix that part of the car. so i decided to book a flight all the way back. i feel like they should of booked and payed for the flight because of that fact that they lied about the condition of the car. I am very disappointed with this dealership. More
