We went to Heiser not expecting to purchase a vehicle on this particular visit. However, joe met us outside and made the visit an extremely easy car shopping experience. He had incredible knowledge on every car we inquired about, he is friendly, he seems to be a very sincere and genuine guy, and did not pressure us at all. I dreaded car shopping until we met joe. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that evening and it couldn't have went any smoother. The price was good, the customer service was exceptional. When we went to pick it up, Liz helped us to finalize the sale. She was extremely efficient and friendly. We will definitely go back to Heiser for out next vehicle! He tries to find the best one for the customer's needs instead of pushing the most expensive. He is friendly and "down to earth" and made our car buying experience very pleasant. Although your dealership is not close to where we live, we will return there to purchase our next vehicle, which is not too far into the future.
