We were in a fix. Our 2012 Rav had been totaled. We live in Appleton and the local dealer promised but couldn't deliver what we needed. Roger Droukas called my wife to inquire how he could help and after hearing what she wanted (and she is demanding) promised to call us in 24hrs with news. I didn't believe it when he called and said he had the car she wanted coming from another dealership and we could pick it up on Friday. When we got there Roger was checking the car over for perfection. My wife spotted "her" car and the two of them went over it tooth and nail. I have never felt better about buying a new car.
