They also gave us fair prices on our two trades and worked to come to an overall purchase price we were happy with. Dealership is very clean, well thought out with play area for kids and nice vehicles to browse while you wait. In fact I am sold on a minivan from them which I hope to purchase in a few years and I saw inside. The Tacoma is great and has everything we wanted and more for features. There were several versions to choose from and we were able to see and test-drive all of them which is an advantage when trying to narrow down the right vehicle. We will definitely contact Heiser and Joe again for future purchases. More

I came in and was pretty much able to walk right out because Joe and Frank had everything ready to go for me :) Joe was very personable, friendly and energetic. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and showed me all of the features of my new car. The waiting area was really nice too, coffee, snacks etc... We opted to put the car on "hold" for a day while we made our final decision; not an option we were even aware of until Joe suggested it. That made our decision making easier, removing the stress of possibly losing the only car on the lot that had all the options we were looking for.
