I thought that it would be months before we had any luck finding a Sienna I our price range. We were so lucky to be working with James because he worked hard to find it for us. It only was a couple weeks and it is a beauty. Also, the dealership is very clean, everyone is polite and welcoming. They have free snacks and beverages, which I have never seen at any of the other dealerships. More

We had received an amazing offer from another local dealership for the same vehicle. However, that Highlander was not due to arrive until late September. Heiser honoured that deal and then some. Our sales person Jorgo was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Throughout the process we never felt pressured by him. The sales manager Rex was also very polite, professional, and did everything he could to meet all our request. Overall, our experience at Heiser was great and we would highly recommend this dealership. More
