Immediately upon my arrival, Dino made me feel at ease and confident that I could handle the process. With the guidance from my existing mechanics, I had narrowed my choice to two vehicles---a Toyota Rav4 and another. Dino listened to my story, asked appropriate questions and found an initial good match. I was even sent forth with grace to test drive the other vehicle. Dino encouraged me to ask questions and invited me to keep in contact with him, especially if I found options that I liked and hadn't experienced in the first test drive. His care and conscientious follow-up are what sold me on the dealership. It didn't take long to find the great match. I am very pleased with my experience and the Rav4.
