Buying a certified used Toyota Overall we had a good experience. I had emailed ahead of time with what I was looking for and the price I was looking to pay. There was no haggling back and forth. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5, was that we came back the next business day for my wife to drive, and purchase the car. Granted there was a chance we wouldn't purchase, but we'd have thought the car would have been prepped. So we needed to wait for that and then wait to meet with the financial person to sign all the paperwork. No issues with Al, he was great to work with. We were just not anticipating that it'd be a 4 hour appointment. More

I went into the showroom and met a salesperson named Andrew Mamayek. Andrew Did a fine job showing me new automobiles and giving me the inside on how the cars were made. As we got into negotiating Andrew Was great in helping me get a good deal on the new vehicle and for my trade in. Shahat Mohamed, our finance person also helped on closing the deal since he was my salesperson with previous purchases. I have purchased 7 vehicles in the last 9 years at Heiser Toyota and this by far has been my best purchase to date! Great experience! My husband and I had an unfortunate incident occur with our car that we bought back in April. It resulted in our 4 month old car being totaled!
