I was picking up my car, told I would sign and be on my way. There was a parking brake error message. They told me they could fix it when I was there. After 90 min I told them I had to leave bc I brought n way. There was a parking brake error message. They told me they could fix it when I was there. After 90 min I told them I had to leave bc I brought nothing with me from work since I was going to be signing and leaving. I left with the car and came back the following week to get it fixed. The person who gave me a loaner car seemed pretty unhappy to be helping me. I could not get the loaner to drive faster than 45 mph and had to exit the highway. The dealership knew I was picking up my car so it would have been helpful if it was given a once over before I arrived. When I brought it in to be repaired they knew I was getting a loaner and they had me wait 30 min while they brought one in and defrosted it. Not exactly what I would call a smooth operation. We've owned several Toyotas over the years and happy I never purchased at this location More
