Good as they treated us a customer and not just a number when purchasing a used car. However, there was some miscommunication, internally, and Financing took a long time and eventually seemed rushed. Picked up my truck from a simple oil change and there was a big oil stain on my seat. The following week my truck was picked up to have the stain removed and a poor job was done on the seat, later on found o a big oil stain on my seat. The following week my truck was picked up to have the stain removed and a poor job was done on the seat, later on found out the extract was broken and dish soap was used. The interior was clean with armor all causing everything to be incredibly slippery. The floor mats were clean and armor all causing extreme slickness which also transferred onto the brake and gas pedal. Steering wheel slippery and overspray all over the windshield. I had the privilege of cleaning off the windshield and scrubbing off the floor mats with dish soap in the rain after getting home with my truck. So I would give the service done a huge zero. More
