We would HIGHLY recommend Heiser Lincoln and especially Brandi WInfrey. Due to the issue with the computer chip and the lack of new vehicle inventory, we came up to Heiser from Illinois and found the perf Brandi WInfrey. Due to the issue with the computer chip and the lack of new vehicle inventory, we came up to Heiser from Illinois and found the perfect 2021 Nautilus (right color, options). Brandi was very informative about the changes with the Nautilus (we previously had a MKX). He took the time to show us everything on the car, listened to what we were saying about where we needed to be finance wise and was able to work with us and the finance team to get us into our new vehicle. We never felt the "high pressure" to buy like some other dealerships make you feel. Working with Brandi was like working with a good friend. He made you feel at ease and that he was truly working in your best interest.
