Mercedes was great. The rest of the service team I interacted with grumbled to me about not liking their jobs and this not being such a great place to work. I had my truck in for a warranty repair, wh interacted with grumbled to me about not liking their jobs and this not being such a great place to work. I had my truck in for a warranty repair, which took a little more than a week if memory serves, but I was given a loaner car to get me through, so I can't complain about that. Communication was average; again, Mercedes brought it up because the times I got someone else it was either go on hold for five minutes or not get an answer. When I left I felt lucky to be back in my truck but I'm not sure I won't go to Boucher if I ever need warranty stuff done again. More

I came to Heiser Ford for a pair of front tires, and the prices were the cheapest in the Milwaukee area, and way cheaper than by me in Illinois. The dealership was also well staffed with plenty of dilfs in prices were the cheapest in the Milwaukee area, and way cheaper than by me in Illinois. The dealership was also well staffed with plenty of dilfs in sight, plus the cashier lady let me pay with Apple Pay which is unheard of for car dealerships of any make, and combined with the clean and updated interior of the dealership facility, this is the future of Ford. The abundance of dilfs alone is enough of a reason to return, and I will be back when I need more parts. More
