My issue was not resolved. It costed over 1600. After I picked my vehicle up. It still had the same issue which presented the same day!and they refused to fix it without chargi It costed over 1600. After I picked my vehicle up. It still had the same issue which presented the same day!and they refused to fix it without charging and additional 1100 dollars or offering to give part of my money back. I was never compensated all they said was sorry we didn't fix or catch the issue. I hope to hear from a manager after this survey. More

Excellent service for our emergency repair. Our car had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon. The tow truck delivered it to Heiser at 5 pm.
