Have always had great service from Heiser but this time I had a 1:30 appointment for oil change and I waited over 2 hours and then went to see what was the problem and then the service person said he would t had a 1:30 appointment for oil change and I waited over 2 hours and then went to see what was the problem and then the service person said he would track it down. No oil change should take over two hours. Luckily I did not have to pay for it because it was part of my deal on the car. More
Advisor told me everything was fine with my car after routine maintenance. I specifically asked how my tires were and was told they are fine. Since then I’ve been receiving emails saying my tires need re routine maintenance. I specifically asked how my tires were and was told they are fine. Since then I’ve been receiving emails saying my tires need replacing and my brake linings show wear and may need replacement. This makes me think the service advisors don’t know what they’re doing. Or needless things are being proposed. What is it? More
