Did not receive second key nor the keyless entry code. Made appointment and the service Mgr tried to charge my $200 for the code and the second key. Bought the extended service bumper to bumper 3 year warranty...was told there was no deductible. After printing the contract I seen I have a $100 deductible. Have the dealer print your sales paperwork and read it before signing. I found out the keyless entry code myself, now gotta get the key. Less than truthful so pay attention. More

Work was completed well and on time. Previous work for other airbag is not able to be corrected to my satisfaction. I feel this is something that should be addressed, but was told it would involve a new dash, and Heiser would not replace. In my opinion this happened at Heiser while replacing the airbag, it should be corrected by Heiser. More
