Purchased a used Ford Edge. Worked with excellent salesman, Erik Saldana. Our expectations were met for a fair trade in value for our car the first time. Erik had a well laid out route for a test drive, which included both city and highway driving. Opportunity provided for both drivers to do a test drive if desired. Sale items reviewed line by line. Extra warranties/packages were offered and explained, but we were not pressured to purchase if not interested. Erik attended to our comfort by offering beverages and directed us to comfort of customer lounge. We also worked with Kreyshia White, Finance Manager. She performed the finance process competently and smoothly. At end of sales transaction, Erik explained all functions of the vehicle options. We were not rushed at any point during transaction and ample time provided for questions. Erik knows the product he is selling, and is familiar with the Ford financing. He assisted my husband with setting up the FordPass app on his cell phone, and pointed out the convenient remote feature that this offers. We have received excellent follow up from Erik after sale to make sure we are satisfied with our car purchase and asking if we had any questions. Excellent car buying experience at Heiser Ford and would purchase another vehicle from this dealership in future. More
