Incomplete- did not offer vehicle inspection overview. Inaccurate- charged me for tire rotation even though I mentioned at time of write up that it was free as I bought the tires at this location. Paid full amount, refunded full amount and paid adjusted amount. Refund took a few days to hit my checking account - basically both charges came out immediately but refund took days - not cool to hold someone’s money when you are quick to withdraw. No follow through on cracked windshield replacement request. Dealership doesn’t seem to care More
